  I liked the comfort of the condo suite and the facilities were clean and good.

  I found the front desk staff to be impatient with many of the clients as I heard their conversations while waiting. I did not like having to wait until 4pm for checkin. Booked.net also charged me $30.00 a fee for booking which was not disclosed to me when booking online. I was suprised when the hotel charged me the $30.00

  We stayed in the condo unit & found it very comfortable.

  It was off season so nothing going on in the rec centre. Didn't feel welcome by the staff. We were disappointed that there were no lounge chairs by the pool.

  The front desk staff were very inefficient, took over 10 minutes to check in, long line ups. Our room was in a different building, nice, but no hot water, only luke warm, no stopper in the bathroom sink so a total waste of water. We had to make 3 trips to the main building one day to get our pass card to open our door.

  The 2 bedroom unit has great space and amenities are fine. However it very tired and banged up. Chipped cabinets, chairs, poor lighting. In need of paint touch up or replacement of items. Dingy lighting in the bedroom depressing.

  Spa was close by. The hotel was clean and had a nice restaurant.

  I found the beds uncomfortable and the pool was closed which was disappointing.

  The beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows were nice to have.

  The decor was tired, the walls thin because we heard a lot of noise, it is overpriced and the indoor pool is disgustingly murky and the dirty. Please keep your pool scrubbed!!11!1

  Clean & recently renovated this family type resort offered lots to do for everyone. The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. The girls can have spa treatments while the guys golf. Loved that they had an adult only pool beside the golf course. Would definately stay there again.

  Long check in line. We arrived in our room and started to settle in when our door was opened by another guest! It seems that the front desk had assigned our room to another family and activated two keys. The software they use at the hotel should have prompted an error message that would prevent this from happening.

  The location was key to the events that we had planned. The rooms were nice very clean, the staff very pleasant. We were asked if we were familiar with the resort the reservation clerk to time to outline all the amenities.

  The only have 2 complaints. I think that 4 o'clock check in is very late in the day. I also thought that the Main restaurant closed far to early.

  The air conditioning unit sounded like a airplane taking off everytime it started up. Very loud.

  The resort is in need of a 'spruce up '- I am really happy I got a discounted rate as I would have been pretty unhappy had I paid full rate for the room I stayed in.I Thought the room looked a bit 'tired'
